What To Do When You Have A Claim


This is where the rubber meets the road, isn't it?   This is where you find out just how good your insurance is.

The first question that will pop into your mind is "What if I run into problems?" 

I don't know if you will have a problem with your claim but if one arises we will be in your corner.

If it is after hours and you can't reach us on our cell phones 
you can get in touch with the insurance company if it is an emergency.  At the left of this post are the insurance company logos.  Just click on the logo and it will take you to the insurance company web site which will give the phone numbers and information on how to make a claim.    

I want to make sure you get treated well and get what your policy has promised you.  That is what I have been paid to do, and I can't do that unless I know about your claim so make sure you let us know even if you have contacted the insurance company directly.  

By calling us;
1.  We can let you know what you should do right away.
2.  We can tell you how your policy should respond to your claim.
3.  We can tell you what is going to happen next.
4.  We will stay in touch to make sure your claim progresses in a timely manner and get involved when you encounter a problem or delay.


It is just important to have advice when you have a claim as it is when purchasing insurance.   The two go hand in hand.
