Liability Insurance - It is more than you think it is!

Liability covers a lot more than just the activities that occur at your home.   

Someone slips on you icy sidewalk.   Snow falls from the roof and injures someone.  The deck collapses while you having a backyard BBQ.   A visitor slips and falls on the stairs.   There are lot more situations that are covered.  

Do you Play golf?    A golf cart accident or you hit someone with a your ball.

Snowboard or ski?   Injure someone in a collision.  Encourage someone to do something unsafe.

Hockey, Football, Softball 

Rent a Jet Ski or boat while on Vacation or at the lake?   Have an accident and injure someone.

Volunteer at a Function?    Something goes wrong an you get named in the law suite.

At a dance and you have to help out a friend who is in trouble?   Someone gets injured.

Offer help to someone who is injured and find you did more harm than good.  


Personal Liability provides protection for so much more than one really thinks about.  

It is a fact, the more personal wealth you have the more likely it is that someone will sue you.
